The Sickness Before CNY & Things I’ve Changed
The feeling of sick is so bad especially it is worse when getting it right before CNY. I am sick since last few days after catching cold during night time. Anyway, I am in my speedy recovery after I have taken some medicine from the pharmacy.
These years, I have learned how to take care of myself when I am sick since I started studying at UTM. We need to take care of ourselves when we are alone. Somehow, I got learnt how to take care of my friends too when they are sick. I normally would prepare them with porridge and sometimes with “Liang Cha”. There was how I could survive anyway.
To the sick, indeed, nature is sick, but to the well, a fountain of health.
It is really an important criterion for us to stay healthy and smart all the time in order to get well prepared ourselves before we go fight for everything. Last time, I thought of I was young and I could beat any kind of illness yet I am not a superman here. I still would fall sick easily if I don’t take care of my daily life style.
Therefore, I will take a good rest of myself during this Chinese New Year. There is another campus election waiting for me and my comrades to struggle for and so we need to get ready of physical & mental fitness all the time to win the match. May I Be Well, Peaceful & Happy.

Yup, talking about changes; I think I am enjoying my present life style/habit. I almost say no to Mee Curry since it is a high cholesterol food and a cause that contributes to High Blood Pressure. BTW, I say no to any kind of beers now but I would allow drinking it if there is no option totally. Again, I try to sleep before 1am this semester and I wake up about 8am in the morning if I have morning class. Say no to afternoon nap unless I feel very tired that day. More importantly, I am ready to reduce the dosage of coffee. May I Be Well from withdrawing these unhealthy habits.
I changed, I changed because I wanted to stay happily and healthy. I love everybody here and I know there are many people caring about me too. Therefore, I need to provide myself a healthy life style and stay smart all the time.

BTW, I feel glad when I see she is discharged from the hospital. I feel happy when she can celebrate the festive season with her family and friends. Thanks for everything in make her to discharge from hospital. May She Be Well, Peaceful & Happy. May All Well Beings Go For Her & Family. I think this is the biggest wish for her in the Rabbit Year since she can go back home to celebrate the CNY. Give yourself whatever gifts of time and rest you need to feel better - and know that you're surrounded by caring thoughts and prayers and heartfelt wishes, Rest easy & Get well. So, all the best to you too…
