(I am looking at Singapore and I recalled the time I make my decision to join the Team. Therefore, I am here to create dream and life. I could not express my feeling on how I made the decision, but I wrote it here!)
Today is 12/07/2011, a month after I have been working at FB Chart Recruitment!
When I refresh back 4 months, I saw my fear, I felt my inabilities in making a success, I received many discouragement and many other negative inputs. I feel hopeless & directionless!
Again; I recalled back 2 months before, the day I decided to receive the offer and I decided to start up the business that I am totally not familiar with! I started it together with a big brother, a truly brother from UTM!

It was so awesome and it was one of my biggest gambling in life in making the decision to form FB Chart Recruitment (my little company). There was not because fate, there was not because I like gambling but it is because of CONFIDENCE & CONCEPTION + CHARACTER!
The Road Not Taken, we can make difference if we choose differently; you can be someone if you choose to be making difference in life. Just like we have a Malay saying:” Jika kau fikirkan kau boleh, Kau hampir boleh melakukan, Jika kau fikirkan ragu-ragu, Usahamu tidak menentu; Jika kau fikirkan kemenangan, Kau hampiri kejayaan…”
As what I decided last 2 months, I decided to let go the career of Engineer because I know I can do better if I choose my way today! Absolutely, I feel happy today and I am ready to explore more in this service industry later on!

Being an entrepreneur is easy, but being a warrior to against the FEAR in your mind was the most challenging task before you decide to step out to go for entrepreneurship. I emphasized it because I did really experience it myself; many discouragement & pressure came to you before you cross over the FEAR and eventually make the final decision to go for entrepreneurship!
Anyway, I can foresee there are many challenges waiting for me and the team but for sure we are always upgrading ourselves & equipping ourselves too. The team, a young force with full of energies is right waiting for the golden chance to maximize our potential & ability to reach to the Glory of Goal. Planning, strategies, paper works are our main focuses nowadays. Once the timing is there, we MUST grab it!
Somehow, we might fail in future but I know the team is trying to avoid this possible circumstance comes to us.

My dear friends, there is no shortcut in life but there are only Hard-work & Great Effort to bring you for the glory & success. Don’t wait, think what you want and do what you like to! If you think but never act, you will only make success in your DREAM!
But, if you can turn the DREAM in energy, I am sure you can see a Turbo Car (you yourself) is ready to work hard to achieve the DREAM soon!
Believe in yourself, believe in your aim; Acting with your dream and it would be making a Difference in your life!
If Steve Jobs shares you “3 stories”, I think I will share you one sentence which is “Take Off Your FEAR, fear is the biggest psychological enemy in your mind because it does not exactly exist in the semester and it is just a psychology bringing you to fail into everything. If you take off the FEAR, you will see a Miracle in the opposite. Do it now & work it now”!
记得，人生是一段很漫长的路途；无论我们选择任何一个决定，我们始终会到达目的地！人生的一切输赢并不是在于这一刻，因为我们总是一个奇迹创造者；只要我们努力勤奋，我相信我你一定会成功！然而，我们一定不能害怕，我们一定不能没信心，因为信心已经决定了你的成与败！
